Attorney at IVM since August 2017. His practice is mainly focused in business and corporate law. In this regard, he has been involved in the creation and restructuration of companies, and has prepared and reviewed Shareholders Agreements, Shareholders Meetings, Board of Directors Meetings, and all kind of civil and commercial agreements, among others.
EXPERIENCE
- Attorney at Laboratorios Andrómaco S.A., where he gave advice in corporate, contractual and regulatory matters, and was involved in the legal integration and restructuration of several companies after Laboratorios Andromaco S.A. was acquired by the Grünenthal Group (2012-2016).
- Studied Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, being graduated in 2011. He was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Justice in May 2013.
